Brilio.net/en -Winter has chosen a ratherunusual place to show up in this week: Saudi Arabia. Fora region known for extremeheat and its deserts, the snowfall in the northern province of Al-Quryat and the temperature drop to -3 C no doubt came as a surprise to citizens.

But whilethe event served as a cold reminder to many about the implications of climate change, locals made the most of it by going outside to skion the snow-covered roads and buildsnowmans, all the while capturing their experience on social media.
