As reported by rocketnews24 (16/1), the unique umbrellas are sold at Otaku Geek Market in Japan. In fact, this product has been made since 3 years ago, but it had been just popular recently.
The product labeled Un-burera, a play on the words underpants and umbrella, has been produced by the Million Girls Project, who want to popularize the theme of Crazy Japan. These whacky umbrellas come in two different designs, representing female anime characters in Japan.
