But one person had brought the body mod to the next level. She had her whole body and face tattooed with green and yellow reptile scales, embedded horns on her forehead, cut her tongue like a snake, and changed the whites of her eyes green.
Eva Tiamat Medusa, a 55-year old transgender and ex-banker, is the first and only one to have gone that far to resemble a human dragon. The last surgery she had to go through in the past years was to chop her nose and ears off to let people call her the Dragon Lady. She had even had tooth extraction besides the tongue cutting, tattoos and body mods. She calls her now green eyes Medusa green eyes of death.

Tiamat was born as Richard Hernandez in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA. Back then Richard worked as a white-collar employee at Chase bank for 15 years. He had had several personas in the past before finally settled with becoming a human dragon and has altered her body to fit the persona. He gone through dual transformation into a female, then human dragon.
Hernandez now goes by the name of Eva Tiamat Baphomet Medusa, or simply Tiamat. She got the name Eva Tiamat from a character in dragon video game, and perceives herself to be a mythical beast. has a teenage son Marcoz Hernandez, but never married. Despite the metamorphosis into Dragon Lady with 36B chest, she has not undergone the full sex change surgery yet, to which she said she is still dealing with serious gender dysphoria.

Today Tiamat is proudly sharing of what she called as transspecies into a reptoid (a part reptile and part human) on her Facebook page, of which she has a large number of fans and as much as her detractors. On her website she wrote: I am the Dragon Lady, A pre-op M2F (male to female) transgender in the process of morphing into a human dragon, becoming a reptoid as I shed my human skin and my physical appearance and my life as a whole leaving my humanness behind.

She is actively posting and interacting with fans on social media, even has her own YouTube channel as well as giving regular interviews on Modcast. She also shared a series of photographs of her gradual transformations from 1990 to 2016 on social media platforms. On a recent photo of herself she wrote: I dont care what people say about me or my views, and if I have to I will defy and stand alone against the world, but never will I make any compromise to my integrity.
