Local mitigation agency is still searching for missing passengers.

A motor boat containing 33 passengers sank in Takalar district, South Sulawesi on Friday afternoon.

The boat was heading to Takaneke Island from Takalar Lama Port when a big wave hit and turned it over just thirty minutes after departure.

By night, local Accident Mitigation Agency managed to save 18 passengers from the sea. Three others were found dead while the rest are still lost in the sea.

The search are still ongoing to find the missing passengers.
