Brilio.net/en - Finally, the first official trailer of The Beauty and the Beast is out and it will give you Goosebumps! In only one day, the trailer already broke all the viewing records of the last most expected movies such as Star Wars: the force awakens. The movie is already highly anticipated and the amazing characters of the trailer promise a big hit upon its release in theatre on March 29th, 2017.
Adapted from the original tale of French author from the 18th century, Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont, The Beauty and the Beast tells the story of Belle, an independent young woman that found herself locked in a vast and terrifying castle by the terrible Beast living in it. Behind the scary appearance of the monster, Belle will soon discover a man victim to a dark magic spell.
The story has been already adapted many times in movie, cartoons and there is even a TV-show inspired by the tale. This new version by Disney will walk into the steps of the first cartoon version from 1991, following approximately the original scenario and above all, using all the same music, a perfect way for the nostalgic ones to fall back into childhood!
The live-action movie concept is becoming very popular in the Disney studio: a mix between a cartoon becoming alive thanks to the performing of real actors. The amazing cast of the Beauty and the Beast includes Emma Watson, Dan Stevens but also Ewan McGregor, Ian McKellen and Emma Thompson. The director Bill Condon is among others famous for realizing the 4th & 5th episodes of the Twilight saga.
This movie isnt the first of his kind (Maleficent starring Angelina Jolie in 2014 or Cinderella in 2015) and definitely not the last, since versions of Cruella, Dumbo, Maleficent 2 and The jungle book 2 are already being planned by the Disney studios.
