Brilio.net/en - Heres a highly significant medical breakthrough - a virus detector. Coming all the way from the land of the rising sun, this invention was developed by Toshiba and Osaka University. This machine will offer a whole new dimension to medicine for it can detect if youve got any sort of virus in just five minutes!
Although Toshiba has yet to produce the chip, which is the heart of the detector, it has already showcased its benefits through testing methods. This innovative product idea primarily overcomes two problems: the growth of acute symptoms and the rapid spread of a particular virus or infection.
Both Toshiba and Osaka University plan to commercialize this system at USD 9 (per kit) by next year, and aim to launch its first diagnostic device in 2020. Not surprisingly, a handful of other Japanese firms are also devising innovative technological detectors that serve different purposes. For example, one detector focuses on identifying mosquito-borne diseases such as zika and dengue.
There you go - sooner or later, we will all hopefully be able to access these life-saving detectors to prevent frightening viruses. Oh wait; the hope should be that you stay healthy so that you wouldnt need any of them in the first place!
